MANKATO-September 4, 2012-(KMKO)-An alert citizen resulted in the arrest of man for burglary in Mankato over the weekend.  A neighbor noticed 19-year-old Niklas Mark Tukki acting suspiciously in an apartment in the 1400 block of Warren Street early Sunday morning.  That person was able to Tukki's student identification card before he fled.  He was later arrested on three counts of burglary, theft and tampering with a motor vehicle.
