MANKATO August 30, 2012 – The man who allegedly charged thousands of dollars to play the Facebook game “Hero City” was in court Thursday.
 
23-year-old Alan Benson of Mapleton was in court with his mother and a  judge release him with out requiring bail.
 
He allegedly four of her cards to purchase credits for nearly $19-hundred dollars and told police he did it because of “stupidity.”
