VERNON CENTER (August 30, 2012) – A rural Vernon Center man is charged with allegedly threatening to kill his father with a sword.The mother of 25-year-old Timothy Truebenbach says she has tried to get him help but he has refused.
Trubenbach, who was seen raising the sword over his head and swinging it at his father, faces two felony counts of 2nd Degree Assault and Terroristic Threats.
