MANKATO-August 31, 2012-(KMKO)-The Highway 14 expansion project between Waseca and Owatonna will be completed this evening.  Motorists will be able to drive on the new Highway 14 alignment beginning at 9:00 tonight.  The 20-mile reconstruction began in July 2008.  The project includes the construction of 18 bridges and five new interchanges.
