MANKATO-August 30, 2012-(KMKO)-An Eagle Lake man faces several felony charges for selling drugs on two occasions.  24-year-old Dustin Charles Powell appeared before Blue Earth County Judge Todd Westphal yesterday.  Powell faces four charges, including two counts of second degree sale of methamphetamine.  Powell has a long criminal history, with convictions for assault, burglary, financial transaction card fraud and fleeing police.
