MANKATO-August 30, 2012-(KMKO)-It took over four years, but the Highway 14 expansion project between Waseca and Owatonna is almost completed.  Motorists will be able to drive on the new Highway 14 alignment beginning at 9:00 tomorrow night.  The 20-mile reconstruction of Highway 14 began in July 2008.  The $108 million project includes the construction of 18 bridges and five new interchanges, including Highway 13 in Waseca and Interstate 35 in Owatonna.
