ST. PETER August 28, 2012 – Conditional bail has been revoked for a Gaylord man who is accused of violating his release conditions.
 
35-year-old Mitchell Kranz was out on conditional bail of $5,000 when he was pulled over for driving without a license and testing positive for smoking meth.
 
The judge will allow Kranz out for inpatient treatment when it appears a bed becomes available.
 
Kranz was originally arrested earlier this month for speeding on Highway 111 the Trooper allegedly found pills.
