MANKATO August 27, 2012 – Mankato’s “three strikes” rule for rental property owners has been bent.
 
At the recommendation of City Attorney Eileen Wells, the owner of the rental property at 202 West Pleasant Street has been granted a one year stay of his 60 day suspension of his rental license.
 
Wells wrote in her recommendation that Nathan Faith is the most “responsive license holder she has worked with.”
 
If there is another violation in the next year, the suspension will automatically start.
