MANKATO August 27, 2012 – Mankato city manager Pat Hentges says they should be financial consequence for a hearing.
 
So the city council voted unanimously Monday night to add a fee for those in trouble with their business, liquor or dog license.
 
To request a hearing to appeal business license will cost $150. To appeal a liquor lice violation will cost $300 and a dog license appeal will cost $250.
 
The money will offset the average cost to the city of about $600 per hearing.
