ST. PETER-August 28, 2012-(KMKO)-A summons has been issued for a St. Peter man on domestic assault charges.  33-year-old Christopher Vaughn Hastings faces felony charges of domestic assault by strangulation.  He also faces gross misdemeanor charges for 5th degree assault to inflict or attempt bodily harm.  His first court appearance is set for September 18th.
