MANKATO August 27, 2012 – A trial date has been set for a Hanska man who is accused of assaulting, kidnapping and threatening his girlfriend.
 
29-year-old Brandon Hall faces four counts including felony kidnapping and terroristic threats.
 
During his hearing on Monday, his public defender did confirm there had been talks to settle the case, but no resolution.
 
The November trial is expected to have 2 or 3 witnesses and last one or maybe two days if needed.
