MANKATO-August 23, 2012-(KMKO)-Todd Hoffner is free on bail after being charged yesterday.  The head football coach at Minnesota State University, Mankato posted $40,000 unconditional bail after being charged with of use of minors in a sexual performance and possession of child pornography.  Videos taken from his MSU phone show his young children taking off towels, fondling themselves and showing parts of their buttocks.  The children are all under the age of ten.  Hoffner's attorney is Jim Fleming.  Speaking after the charges were filed, Fleming told reporters the videos were private family moments and not sexually exploitive.
