Hoffner Appers In Court



MANKATO (August 22, 2012) – MSU football coach Todd Hoffner appeared in court today on two felony charges of producing child pornography.
 
Conditional bail today was set at $10,000 dollars. Judge George Harrelson set the condition he was allowed to see his three children as long as the visit is supervised.
 
Hoffner’s attorney James Fleming spoke in court for Hoffner who’s wife was seated behind him and helped him post bail.
 
In court, the judge said Hoffner has no other criminal history.
Fleming called the video found by MSU on his cell phone private family moments.
