OWATONNA-August 22, 2012-(KMKO)-Motorists who travel on Highway 14 east of Mankato will soon have smooth sailing.  A ribbon cutting ceremony was held yesterday to mark the expansion of the highway to four lanes between Waseca and Owatonna.  The portion currently being worked on in Steele County is almost wrapped up.  MnDOT officials hope to have it completed by Labor Day weekend.
