MANKATO-August 22, 2012-(KMKO)-District Two Commissioner Vance Stuehrenberg has been selected to represent Blue Earth County on the Rural Action Caucus.  The organization represents all counties in the nation in lobbying Congress and the Administration.  Among the issues the Rural Action Caucus works on are relief from unfunded mandates and assistance in dealing with the methamphetamine crisis.
