Man Accused Of Sending Text Threats



ST.PETER (August 20, 2012) –Three counts of felony terroristic threat have been filed against a Meadowlands man for sending threatening text messages to his children and their mom.
 
23-year-old James Ferry is accused of sending text messages to the mother of their 4 and 1 year-old children that he was going to kill them.
 
The criminal complaint contains 19 different quotes of various threats.
 
At first, Ferry denied having set the texts, but later admitted to being angry after having child support withheld from his paycheck.
