MANKATO-August 21, 2012-(KMKO)-The Mankato YWCA will have a special guest speaker August 28th at their annual meeting.  Dr. Margaret Preska, President Emerita of Minnesota State University, Mankato will hold a presentation on "Talent in a Global Market."  The event will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Verizon Wireless Center.
