MANKATO (August 17, 2012) – An accused sex offender is now seeking to have judge Krista Jass removed from the case.
 
41-year-old Larry Joe Decker Jr (left). of Winnebago faces six counts total, including felony counts of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.
 
Decker is accused of molesting a girl, who is now 16, since she was 13, according to the criminal complaint.
 
According to court records, Decker’s next appearance in court for a hearing will be on August 29^th at 2:45 pm presided by Judge Jass.
