MANKATO-August 17, 2012-(KMKO)-Another Tee-it-Up for the Troops event will be held in Mankato this summer. The fundraiser for veterans and their families is a two day affair. It gets underway on Sunday, August 26th beginning at noon. The golf event will be held on Monday, August 27th at the Mankato Golf Club. It's one of many being held throughout the country, from Florida to California and Arizona to Minnesota. Last year's event raised $70,000 for veterans and their families.
