MADELIA-August 17, 2012-(KMKO)-A Mankato area  man has cashed in big  with the lottery.  Ryan Gehrke purchased his winning Powerball ticket at Expressway in Madelia, claiming a $10,000 prize Wednesday.  The Minnesota State Lottery has raised more than $2.1 billion for state programs since 1990.  $1.2 billion of that helps fund important functions such as education, public safety, health and human services while $825 million has been used to help critical environmental programs.  Visit mnlottery.com for more information.
