ST. PETER (August 16, 2012) – A father and his daughter are missing and he faces a felony charge of depriving the child’s mother of parental rights.
28-year-old John Livingston shares custody with the year-five-month old child’s mother, according to court document that went in effect in September 2001.
She contacted the Nicollet County Sheriff at the end of July 2012 despite not having the child since early June 2011.
She told the sheriff deputy she doesn’t know where Livingston is and has only communicated with him through e-mail.
