MANKATO-August 15, 2012-(KMKO)-A man wanted on several charges in Louisiana has been captured in Blue Earth County.  37-year-old Nelson Thomas Canter appeared before Judge Bradley Walker yesterday.  He was ordered held in connection with an incident in May.  Canter now awaits extradition.
