MANKATO-August 2, 2012-(KMKO)-An arrest warrant has been issued for a Mankato man on domestic assault charges.  59-year-old William McNamara faces two gross misdemeanor counts of domestic assault-subsequent violations.  The charges stem from an incident on Saturday.  McNamara was convicted last November of fifth degree assault, domestic assault with the intent to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death and interfering with a 911 call.  He was also convicted of two counts of fifth degree assault in a domestic incident in 1995.
