MANKATO (KMKO) – A North Mankato man has been charged with selling an informant and an undercover officer over an ounce of what they described as high-grade marijuana.
21-year-old Thomas Anthony Blair is charged with Felony 5th Degree Drug Sales.
Blair was issued a summons for November 2011 incident in a apartment parking lot near the MSU campus. Blair is accused of selling the pot for $360, according to the criminal complaint.
