MANKATO (KMKO) – A 41-year-old Winnebago man is facing five, felony First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct charges for allegedly having sex with a family member since she was 13.
 
Larry Joe Decker Jr. denies any abuse and told police he wouldn’t take a polygraph test after failing one several years ago on “The Montel Williams Show”
 
According to the criminal complaint, Decker and his wife both admit to using pot and meth but deny the girl’s claims that she did both with them.
 
The girl, who is now 16, was allegedly with Decker at several locations including his semi truck when he worked.
 
He’s currently unemployed and a criminal complaint say he had a brain tumor as a result of 2005 trucking accident.
