MANKATO (KMKO) – A Northfield man faces felony charges after he was found delivering a pound and a half of marijuana to Mankato.
 
During a traffic stop, a deputy spotted Riley James O’Connell making an unsafe lane change. During the traffic stop, O’Connell’s bottom lip was quivering and he seemed to be nervous.
 
After refusing to allow the deputy search the vehicle, a dog smelled the outside of the vehicle and the pot was found in the back, in several grocery store bags in a duffle bag.
