Mankato (KMKO)-The records continue to fall throughout Minnesota as the hot weather continues.  July is the hottest month of the year, so temperatures in the 90's come as no surprise.  However, the average high temp in Mankato for July is 83.4 degrees.  In the 16 days so far this month, the mercury has topped 90 degrees nine times.  Yesterday's high was 93, which tied the record high.  We could set another record today.  The all-time high for this date is 91 degrees, set in 2001.
