Mankato (KMKO)-A Mankato man faces felony charges for an incident last December.  36-year-old Jesse Seifert was pulled over after crossing the center line on Highway 14 and Highway 169.  A girlfriend and a five-year-old child were in the pickup with him.  Seifert was charged yesterday with one felony count of fifth degree drug possession and one gross misdemeanor count of DWI.  His next court appearance is scheduled for August second.
