MANKATO -- A Mankato man is accused of having five drugs in his system when he was pulled over for a weaving pickup truck last December near Mankato.

36-year-old Jesse Michael Seifert has been charged with a felony for 5th Degree Drug Possession and a gross midemeanor for DwI for crossing the "center and fog lines" on Highway 14 and Highway 169.

According to a criminal compliant, Seifert, his girlfriend and a 5-year-old child were in the pick-up truck when it was pulled over.
