Mankato (KMKO)-A Duluth man faces several charges related to an incident at a hotel in Mankato Tuesday night.  18-year-old Kay Dear is accused of using another man's credit card to obtain a room at the Hilton Garden Inn.  Two men in the room fled when confronted by Mankato police.  Officers found Dear outside and apprehended him.  Dear is charged with a gross misdemeanor count of financial transaction card fraud.  He also faces misdemeanor counts of defrauding an innkeeper, fleeing police and minor consumption of alcohol.  He posted bail yesterday.
