Mankato (KMKO)-A Mankato man has been charged with two felonies after attacking his wife Wednesday morning.   21-year-old Miguel Munoz admitted to police that he threw the woman to the ground behind a business in the 700 block of South Front Street.  The victim hit her head on the asphalt, but escaped serious injury.  Munoz has two prior convictions for criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, one in Carver County and the other in Scott County.  Because of those convictions, the latest assaults are felonies.  He remains in custody after being charged yesterday two counts of domestic assault.
