Mankato (KMKO)-Six felony charges were filed against a Mankato man after a brutal assault on Sunday. After finding a 25-year-old Owatonna man seriously injured, law enforcement summoned emergency medical personnel and then looked for the suspect.  They found 23-year-old Dustin Lee Murilla with the victim's vehicle and took him into custody.  The victim is currently listed in critical condition.  Murilla was charged yesterday with kidnapping, false imprisonment, first degree assault with great bodily harm, second degree assault with a dangerous weapon and auto theft.
