New Ulm (KMKO)-The construction of an entrance to the new Menards being built in New Ulm will begin July 16th. Highway officials plan to construct a roundabout at Highway 14 and Palmar Avenue. Detours will be posted for Brown County Road 12 and 29. Mid-August is the expected time of completion.
