Mankato (KMKO)-Now that the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the President Obama's Affordable Health Care Act, health care providers are preparing for its implementation. Phil Claussen, Blue Earth County Human Services Director, says it remains to be seen how many more people will be using the county's health care services and how much more it will cost.
