Mankato (KMKO)- The AgStar Fund for Rural America is donating $25,000 to a foundation to help the cities of Two Harbors, Carlton and Aitkin recover from recent flooding caused by heavy rains.  Along with Mankato-based AgStar, the Northland Foundation and Great River Energy is also donating $25,000. AgStar has donated nearly $4 million dollars to organizations working to improve rural America.
