Work Site Theft



Mankato (KMKO)-A Mankato man faces felony charges for the theft of materials from a work site.  After seeing a man take several wire spools from the site on South Front Street early Sunday morning, a citizen called police with a description of the vehicle and a license plate number.  Officers found the vehicle and arrested 54-year-old David Hernandez Rosillo.  He allegedly had four spools of wire worth an estimated $1,500.  Felony theft carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a fine of $10,000.  A woman who was with him could face aid and abet charges.
