Mankato (KMKO)-Robbery charges were issued against two North Mankato men yesterday in Blue Earth County Court.  25-year-old Ramone LaShawn Williams remains in custody, while an arrest warrant was issued for 20-year-old Andre Vaughn Battle, Jr.  Both men are charged with first degree aggravated robbery and third degree assault with substantial bodily harm.   Both charges are felonies.  Bail for Williams was set at $300,000 with no conditions, other than no contact with the victim.  Conditional bail was set at $150,000.
