Le Center (KMKO)-A Waterville man has been charged for attacking that left another man with serious injuries.  44-year-old Randy Lee Hiller was charged yesterday in LeSueur County District Court for a May 26th incident.   Waterville Police responded to an assault report in an alley.  Hiller is accused of striking 32-year-old Jacob David with a baseball bat, causing serious trauma to his facial and jaw area.  David was transported to Mayo Hospital in Mankato for surgery.  Hiller faces four assault charges.  Bail was set at $60,000 with no release conditions and $40,000 with release conditions.  Hiller's next court date is set for Tuesday, June 12th at 8:30 a.m.
