Mankato (KMKO)-A special education teacher at Roosevelt Elementary School, has been awarded the W.E.M. Ethics in Education award.  Emily Seppmann was nominated by students and colleagues, and was one of six winners to receive $10,000.  The WEM Foundation supports teachers and their important role in helping all children achieve academically.
