NICOLLET (TEC News) -- Law enforcement and firemen are at the scene this morning of a semi rollover in Nicollet at the intersection of Highways 14 and 99.

Initial dispatch reports indicated a semi was "tipped over and leaking fuel."

Reports from scene described a "little language barrier" with the driver. A deputy says it looks like the cargo is garbage, although at the time he added he "couldn't be sure."
