KASOTA (TEC News) -- Investigators say it was a 34-year-old Fairfax man behind the wheel of the car that crashed into some trees Sunday morning near Kasota killing one person.

34-year-old Coy Hewitt is now out of the hospital.

21-year-old Elizabeth Risk of Gaylord died at a Minneapolis hospital.

27-year-old Jennifer McCormick of Arlington is in serious condition at HCMC.
