MANKATO (TEC News) -- Judge Bradley Walker is issued a ruling denying a defense request to suppress statement's made by Jennifer Nibbe to law enforcement regarding the murder of her husband James on August 31, 2010.

The 61-page document outines the facts of the case, details the investigation and what Nibbe is to have said to investigators. As important, Walker also outlines what investigators did or didn't say to Nibbe.
