MANKATO (TEC News) -- A Mankato man on probation for stalking and harassing a female at a Mankato tanning salon last June is facing charges and a probation violation for allegedly assaulting his mother at her apartment early Tuesday morning. 18-year-old Mal Tharjiath allegedly kicked down the door to his mom's Hilltop Lane apartment.
His mother's was found by police with a cut lip.
He was also arrested last March for walking around the Bethany Lutheran College campus saying he had a gun and was going to shoot someone.
