MANKATO (TEC News) -- This morning's funeral for long-time Mankato police officer Troy Mueller could cause some heavier than usual traffic and parking demands. The city advises motorists to avoid the following routes:
*Fourth Street (from Good Counsel Drive to Mabel Street) from 8a-11a
* 632 South Broad Street -- Liberty Street (from Second to Fourth) and Broad Street (from Warren to Grove) from 8:30a to shortly after the funeral begins at 10:30a
*Glenwood Avenue (from Monks to Pohl) from 11:15a to 12:15p
Mueller died at his home Monday at age 46 fro an illness.
Today's funeral for Mueller will be at 10:30 at St. John the Baptist Church in Mankato with burial in the Glenwood Cemetery.
