MANKATO (TEC News) -- American Idol begins its new season next week and the online message boards are buzzing about Mankato West senior Shelby Tweten. Tweten auditioned in Denver and the online blog "The Idol Pad" had reported she made it into the Top 42 in Las Vegas.
