Woman Busted Shoplifting $2,000 In Stuff From Mankato Target

MANKATO (TEC News) -- Mankato Target employees caught a Mankato woman pushing a shopping cart loaded with $2,164.75 worth of merchandise out the doors without paying for it.
Mankato police say the store apprehended 26-year-old Jessica June Friedrichs after leaving the River Hills Mall location just before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night.

Friedrichs allegedly pushed the loaded-down red shopping cart past checkouts, under the security monitors and out the doors leading to the parking lot.
Freidrichs was stopped and held for Mankato police. She was given a citation and released at the scene.
The incident was captured on store security video, according to Mankato police.
Because the alleged theft is over $1,000 in value, police say they are requesting felony theft charges. Charges have yet to be filed in Blue Earth County District Court.
It appears Freidrichs' shopping spree hit all four corners of the store.
The shopping list of items recovered from her cart included cleaning supplies, clothing, electronics, BluRay DVDs, several bras, socks, nylons, laundry supplies, perfume, makeup, candy, groceries.
She also allegedly took stationary.
