MANKATO (TEC News) -- A Mankato man was arrested New Year's Eve night after someone living in the 600 block of North Sixth Street saw someone peeping in their window.
Mankato police say they arrested 29-year-old Rick Daron Lund on charges of stalking and interference with privacy.
