VIDEO -- Sunday's KEYC Newscast Not The Strangest Incident Ever On Local TV News

MANKATO (TEC News) -- While Sunday's KEYC newscast is being watch worldwide for the anchor's unusual behavior, the anchorwoman should take note it may not be the strangest thing ever seen on local TV news.

And we are not talking about former weatherman "Too Tall" Tom Szymanki.

Remember former KEYC Chief Meterologist Bob Conzemius?

He's now Dr. Bob Conzemius, having received his PhD. from the University of Oklahoma. An online bio also say he's a part-time storm chaser and serves as a Senior Atmospheric Scientist at Minnesota-based Wind Logics.

We can't confirm the date of this infamous KEYC weathercast or the name of the anchorman who plays it straight for Conzemius during this Halloween weathercast.
