MANKATO (TEC News) -- A Lake Crystal man is facing criminal sexual assault charges for allegedly fondling two women on the dance floor of a recent concert at the Verizon Wireless Center.
The women were at the Hairball concert when 26-year-old Michael Volk walked up to them, spilled his drink on them and started rubbing and touching them. The women say he refused to stop when asked.
Volk struggled with security and started swearing and banging his head on the ground when police tried to cuff him.
Charges:
1) 5th Degree Criminal Sex Conduct -- Gross Misdemeanor
2) 5th Degree Criminal Sex Conduct -- Gross Misdemeanor
3) 5th Degree Assault -- Misdemeanor
4) 5th Degree Assault -- Misdemeanor
