MANKATO (TEC News) – A Blue Earth County jury will be asked to determine today if Joel Munt was mentally ill when he shot and killed is ex-wife in March 2010.
Munt was found guilty of first-degree murder last Thursday after a week-long trial.
The mental illness portion of the trial is expected to wrap up today with the same jury handing down another verdict.
